4. Purposes and legal bases

• Answering enquiries and sponsorship requests (contract initiation / legitimate interest)
• Processing Fanclub memberships (contract performance)
• Operating and securing the website (legitimate interest)
• Transactional e-mails via Brevo (contract / consent)

5. Service providers

We use trusted processors: Supabase (database & file storage), Brevo (transactional e-mail), Vercel (hosting). Data may be processed in Switzerland, the EU or the USA depending on the provider. Contracts and appropriate safeguards apply where required.

6. Retention

Contact messages and Fanclub data are retained as long as necessary for the respective purpose and legal obligations. You may request deletion where no overriding legal duty exists.
